STARC supports utilizing evolutional circuit architectures applied from academia and venture companies by means of the shuttle prototype fabrication and its evaluation, for the purpose of link the knowledge or ideas of academia and venture companies together with practical development of the products.
In order for the Japanese industry to survive the global competition during today and the future, it is indispensable that the industry, academia and government strengthen further cooperation and achieve synergy effect by using their IP each other.
This proto-type fabrication support is one of the most valuable and promising program to promote the above mentioned collaboration, and it also greatly helps human resource development with having excellent skills at academia and venture companies.
