Upon commissioned by the associate companies, Semiconductor Technology Academic Research Center (STARC) is enhancing research and development of semiconductor-related technologies, in advance for the future needs of the associates. STARC commits to strengthening international competitive capability through early utilization of new technologies so that it contributes to further expansion of semiconductor industry in Japan.
