This STARC Privacy Statement describes our general principles for the collection and use of information from customers and visitors (collectively, hereinafter “you” or “your”) to our Web sites, by taking account of the increased social requirement of privacy information, and to protect the significance and validity of your privacy information.
We will pledge:
to comply with Law, Acts and disciplines related to Privacy Information,
to collect appropriately and to use privacy information based on the business contents and business size,
to inform you clearly the purpose of collection of privacy information in advance to such collection, and to collect it by certain legal and fair manner, and use or provide it within the scope of the purpose of the collection you agreed.
to deal with information about you in a cautious manner, and not to disclose this information for any purposes to any person or organization outside the STARC, other than that you agreed,
to create reasonable security system, under the secure-managed circumstance, to prevent privacy information from any illegal access, lost, destruction, falsification and divulgation, and, if in emergency, to respond it rapidly,
to exert our best endeavors to improve Privacy Management System.
