STARC takes initiative in collaboration between industry, academia and public research institutes for innovation of the semiconductor technology. Also, it involves in joint R&D with partner corporations in Japan and overseas (EDA vendor, design house, etc.). In addition, STARC transfers outcomes of R&D to the partners in the forms of license, etc., so as to utilize and extend the outcome. |
