- STARC takes a lead role in cooperative activities with industrial and academic bodies, as well as public research facilities, with the aim of developing continually innovative semiconductor technologies. We also conduct joint research and development with domestic and international partner companies (including EDA vendors and design houses). The outcomes of our research and development are transferred to these partner companies in the form of production licenses so that these technologies can be widely utilized.
