- STARC supports courses at Japanese universities, as well as provides materials and lecturers, for the further development of semiconductor specialists, especially SoC design engineers. STARC design technology courses are presently being set up at over 50 universities across the country. We also give advanced lectures on the latest technologies to our client companies and provide MOT (Management of Technology) training from a semiconductor-industry perspective. In addition, we promote a STARC-approved design engineering proficiency test.
