90nm and 130nm STARC open DRML have been developed, and optimized tags and structure of DRML.
DRC objects have been investigated regarding the complicated design rules of 90nm and 130nm STARC open DR, and the translation table for API was completed to translate DRML into Calibre / Diva / Assura DRC rule files.

SoDRML (STARC open DRML) of 130nm Common Design Rule recommended by STARC has been developed, and necessity and validity of the design rule description language were introduced at EDS Fair 1.24-25.2002 in Yokohama, by demonstrating SoDRML execution environment.
